Pastor Rod Baker became the assistant pastor of Crow Baptist Church in July, 2015. In June of 2020, Pastor Baker became senior pastor. Prior to coming to Crow Baptist Church, Pastor Baker served as Youth Pastor and Assistant Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church, King, NC from 1991-2015.  Pastor Baker grew up in a pastor's home. He was saved when he was ten years old, and called to preach at thirteen. He is a graduate of Calvary Baptist Bible College, King, NC (ThB). He and his wife Joy reside in Daniels, WV, and are the parents of two children: Justin Baker of King, NC, and Charity Cantrell and her husband Corey of Mcleansville, NC.
